The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing complex construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. What you’ll do:

• Assist in overall project planning and execution.

• Monitor and control costs and labor across one or multiple complex construction projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with contracts and project specifications.

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases align with industry best practices and company standards.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent trade background.

• Strong proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

• Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $85,000 – $150,000 (based on experience, location, and market conditions).
